British Alternative Metal band NEONFLY have released a new live video featuring their performance of ‘More Than a Lifetime’ at Karmøygeddon Festival in Norway in May 2026. Taken from the band’s 2021 album “The Future, Tonight”, the song had never been released as a single but gradually gained traction as part of their live set.

NEONFLY first appeared at Karmøygeddon in 2024, playing the festival’s second stage. Following the positive response to that performance, the band were invited back to play the main stage this year, bringing their stage production featuring fire displays and dancers to the Norwegian audience. The new video captures their performance at the festival.

‘More Than a Lifetime’ is a power ballad featuring orchestral arrangements that set it apart from the heavier, faster-paced tracks on “The Future, Tonight”. The song has gradually found its place in the band’s live repertoire, and the release of this performance brings it back into focus while highlighting the connection between NEONFLY and their Norwegian audience.

Guitarist Frederick Thunder said Karmøygeddon had quickly become one of his favourite festivals to play. Highlighting both the team behind the event and the strong community among its fans, Thunder praised the way the festival treats musicians with respect, looks after them properly and pays them fairly, regardless of their position on the bill.

Thunder also thanked the festival for its support, from the band’s first appearance in 2024 to their invitation to play the main stage this year, adding that NEONFLY would be more than happy to return.

NEONFLY’s album “The Future, Tonight” was released through Noble Demon in 2021.
